Argyle Street Housing Co-op

ASH Co-op is a thriving tenant-managed housing co-operative in Cambridge, established in 1981. We have one full-time staff member and are currently looking for a focused, committed, self-motivated and enthusiastic person to provide additional administrative support to our management committee and 85 members.

HOUSING CO-ORDINATOR (PART-TIME)

£22,001–£26,016

This is a front-line role involving collecting rent and taking enquiries including maintenance requests. It also involves drafting and monitoring budgets, reviewing and formulating policies, as well as some basic accounting and general office administration. You will be actively involved in the future development of the co-op, and will play a facilitative role in our democratic decision-making process. You must be IT literate and have previous experience of housing work, in either a paid or a voluntary capacity. The appointment is for 16 hours including one evening a week.
